I can't open apps built for OSX.

The OSX application created in the Unity project has been distributed on the Web. When downloading from the Web, "Application cannot be opened" is displayed. The security setting has been changed to "Allow apps from the App Store and confirmed developers". You can open the app output by the build, but you cannot open it when you download it from the web.

Where can I fix security on Unity?

environment Unity2018.3.13f1 Mac OS Catalina Version 10.15.4
