My Game works on Unity editor but doesn't load second level on Android 4.2

I'm releasing an update for our audio game. It was created on unity 5.2 and now everything has been upgraded to 2018.3 version.
Application.Loadlevel was dropped and I switched into Scenemanager class.
When the game was on single scene, everything worked and the loading time on the same tablet was 45 seconds.
I need to have two scenes in the game, otherwise the APK grows over google play boundaries.
Problem is that the android 4.2 device doesn't load second level. It starts the program, but gets halted on the first scene. Tests have been done. It has been loading over 15 minutes with no success.
Please, any help?
My own solution and answer might be: Split application binary causes the required OBB file. If you just copy the main APK and OBB file to your device and install the app, it DOESN'T include the OBB file to the installation.
