Equal Lighting in Isometric mode
Im just testing around in Unity, but I cannot figure out to have equal lighting on all objects. Even when the position is different.
If you're using a directional light, you can try going to Window > Lighting and disable some of the options like ambient light, skybox light, etc. That might have an effect.

For an isometric view, you should be able to fix your lighting issue as long as the light is at the same position and rotation as your camera. That way the light has the same incident angle on all objects.
EDIT: This is only partially true. This will work if you would like the light to be shining from directly behind you, towards your scene, but not for coming in the side like you want. For any other angles, you will need to make sure that the light is coming in at a perpendicular angle.
I did this once before when trying to setup a view similar to Monument Valley. I believe the camera angle was set to Vector3(45, 37.25f, 0). So if I had wanted the light to come in from the left, the directional light rotation would have been Vector3(45, 127.5f, 0).
The actual values you'll need are entirely dependent on your scene setup.
