Well, you'll need to supply more information. What lights and shadows do you have - directional? point? spot? hard/soft? are you using Unity Free/Pro? What Android device are you targetting? Have you read http://docs.unity3d.com/$$anonymous$$anual/ShadowTroubleshooting.html ? Please post a screenshot of your quality settings.

Your settings look ok. Two more q's: are you using forward or deferred tendering? And does you target device have a Tegra chip? (and do the shadows disappear in the editor too, or just when deployed to the actual hardware?)
