Strange graphic glitch in Editor after software Update Mac

Hello everybody, yesterday I was forced to update MAC IOS to 10.15, after the update Unity Editor is presenting a weird graphical glitch:

This is how the grid appears after the Update alt text

This is what appears near the objects in the scene alt text

I'm using Unity 2018.3.10f1. Someone knows how to fix it? Thank you very much!
