No shadow, "One of your scene view has lighting disable." Unity 5

Question

HI,

I am getting following warning on every light object,

"One of your scene view has lighting disable.please keep this in mind when editing light"

What does it mean? My objects are not receiving shadow, although when created new project ,the shadows are working properly

Just a wild stab in the dark, but how about enabling lighting in the scene view?
