Shadow quality at high distances
Hi, I need to use the effect described here : https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/ImpressionOfSize.html
TLDR : To have a narrow FOV and put the camera very far away.
It looks good but the problem is : when the camera is 200 units away, the shadows don't render anymore, if I try to increase the shadow distance in the quality settings, I get horribly pixelated shadows.
Any idea how I could solve this ?
Thanks

Have you tried changing your main light source. There are shadow options on it that can help with the quality at a far distance.
I find that soft shadows works best from a distances. Also crank up the resolution too and see which looks best.
Give that a try and see if it helps your quality settings.
