How to setup dymamic shadows on android?
I got pro version of unity,
I placed in scene only one light -> directional light with Shadow Type == 'Hard Shadows'
I did not touch quality settings
I can see shadows in game window
but i don`t see shadows on my phone (htc hd2 with android 2.3.7)
Any idea what can be wrong?
Quality settings are super-confusing.
(one) LOO$$anonymous$$ at the FIVE S$$anonymous$$ALL DISCLOSURE TRIANGLES where it says "Default:"
you $$anonymous$$UST CHANGE all FIVE so that you see the GREEN TIC$$anonymous$$ $$anonymous$$AR$$anonymous$$S, ONLY IN THE TOP ROW
Repeat - you must have five green tickmarks IN THE TOP ROW
(two) you must CLIC$$anonymous$$ ON the top row - notice it is now gray-bar highlighted in the image. you must see that gray bar.
(three) next you must actually adjust the settings, ie shadows etc etc. be sure to save. quit Unity and come back to the screen. absolutely ensure one-two-three are all correct!
Hope it helps!
Please be sure to TIC$$anonymous$$ (round circle icon with tick) useful answers here so you get points and can ask more questions
