Is there a way to only allow certain UIs autorotate its orientation? iOS build

I understand you can set a scene to autorotate or lock it. Is there a way to allow certain UIs autorotate and others do not? Like the iOS camera, where the camera feed doesn't rotate, but all other icons does.
