Android game updater (autopatch)

Hi, I have a multiplayer game made with Unity. When I release a new update of my app people need to enter on Google Play and update it, but some people doesn't know that there are a new update. I want to know if with Unity Remote Settings or Firebase can I create a popup that appear when a new update is available, and i f it can possible with a changelog.
