How can I make a skybox that waves and moves?,How can I create a skybox that has moving parts?
I am trying to recreate "The Scream" in a 3D world and I am really wanting to make the skybox move. Not just rotate, but move. I want the colors to swirl around in a psychedelic fashion. Is this possible?
