How do I make a sky using skybox?
I am new to all this and I was wondering because on someones tutorial, he had like blue sky and sunset but when I click on it, there are things like underwater and low hanging dream and things like that.
Please help! Thanks.
You're question seems a bit unspecific ... what exactly is "someone's tutorial". I think low hanging dream is one of the Skyboxes that come with the Unity standard assets. So that would be a premade Skybox co$$anonymous$$g with Unity that you can use immediately.

How a skybox is integrated into Unity is explained in the reference manual: Skybox
A little more info can be found in the main manual: How do I make a Skybox
For rending the skybox, there's a couple of possibilities. Personally, I'm using Vue by e-on Software. There are a couple of tutorials on how to create the Skybox textures with Vue, e.g. Skybox Tutorial. This is for XNA but that doesn't really make a difference if you understand how to use Skyboxes in Unity.
Btw, if you feel that this answers your question, you can use the "check"-icon below the up/down-vote icons to mark the answer. This will remove this question from the unanswered questions and helps keeping Unity Answers tidy and clean ;-)
