Splatmap exporting

Hi. I'm new to unity. I'm trying to export the terrain splatmaps to png using terrain tools. THe export works but it exports the image in a format i can manipulate. alt text

I would like to export it as it appears in unity: alt text

How can i do ? Thanks.
