Update my photoshop textures in real-time onto an object in Unity
Hi, is there a way to update my Photoshop file in real-time in Unity? Or at the very least update the texture automatically when I overwrite the file?
At the moment I'm having to save out my PNG, reimport and assign it to a material every time.
What are the exact steps you're taking. It should update that texture/material when you save it to disk in if that place is the same that Unity is referencing.
It's almost as if when I import the PSD or PNG it's backing it up and saving it elsewhere in the unity project file, so it's no longer reading the PSD or PNG in my own directory.
So what I actually need is for unity to stop referencing the PSD from it's own directory and ins$$anonymous$$d the directory I save to :s Any idea how to do that? :O

If you create a "MyProject" unity project and drop your psd in unity, your PSD will be saved in "MyProject/Assets/" so you should be editing this version to see any update in unity in real time.
