.Net NetworkAddressChanged not working

I tried to use this for detecting network access point change.
No Compile error but in playmode, i got this error message.

Is it problem about .Net Framework version or just not working Api in Unity?
I'm using Unity 2018.4.35f1.
Scripting Runtime Version .NET 4.x Equivalent API Compatibiility Level: .NET Standard 2.0
