How can I fixed the screen ratio ?

Question

iPhone and iPad screen ratio is different.

iPhone ratio = 3:2

iPad ratio = 4:3

How can I make iPad ratio is 3:2?

The only way to "force" the aspect ratio would be to utilize the black bar method, or more commonly referred to as letter boxing or pillar boxing.
