Some tips:
you need to be way more specific about your "project". Peoples have different strengths in different fields. It it a 2d or 3d project? Is it even a game or a different application type? FPS / TPS / RTS / ....
Why do you refuse females? Such a statement will actually scare off even some males (myself included).
First thanks for your help and your tips. of course the project is a Game , a 3D first person Game (Horror Game) (No need to be scared and you have no need to know why refuse females this is just a term, to me i don't like to dealing with them , it's a personal creed).
You should head over to the Unity forum as Unity Answers is not for recruiting. Unity Answers is for concrete technical questions about Unity that can be answered.
If your project is already in the middle, you may create a thread in the Works in progress forum. However read the rules of that subforum before posting there.
If you don't have much yet or you don't want to share your progress on a frequent basis you should use the general discussion forum
