Composite Collieder 2D ignores alpha chanel

Hi all! I updated my unity this morning from 2017.1 to 2017.3 and I found out that the composite collider don't do the collisions as close to the image like before (for example in the tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SW6tpzF7I60 the collisions line take into account alpha channel to be as close as possible). There is any way to do theses collisions correct in this new update? Thank you, all!
