How can I read In a twitter #

Im trying to read in a specific hashtag from twitter, but i cant find anyone who has done this. Any ideas on how to make this happen? I have done it before in other programs like processing, where i just used the libraries given by twitter, but in unity there seems to be no such thing. Only stuff for IOS/android, and you can only post, not read.
