How to see asset full names without selecting it
My assets have long complicated names. They have to because they are very defining, and furthermore they follow the standard within the company. A couple of examples.
matLR_001_TH5-0_CURVE-MC_30_R
matLR_001TH5-0_CURVE-MC_15_L
matLR_001_TH5-0_CURVE-MC_45_R
TH5-3_CROSS_2300_L_1200_Texture
TH5-3_CROSS_2300_L_1400_Texture
TH5-3_CROSS_2300_L_1600_Texture
What sometimes distiguise them from one anothers is the number in the end and the R or L.
Unity doens't show the full name when. Is there a way that to turn on some show full name on hover or a way that i can find the right asset.
Here im eg. trying to find which text should the to which material i have 200 of the and they all look similar. Therefore i need those unique names to show.

Thank you for your respones :) Yes i have tried this. And it is true that it partly solves my problem. I have 200 different baked images that i assignment i have to scroll intesivily every time i want to drag and drop.
@unity_68Qt_Q-7Cs99dQ that problem is solved by organizing things in sub-folders that's as far as i can take u with such an issue. Good luck
