1: Restart Unity
2: Make sure you are logged in, and Colab service is running
3: CAUTION (YOU MIGHT LOOSE SOME DATA): Delete Library/Colab folder, and redo your latest changes!
Painfully, deleting the Library/Collab folder is the only solution I've seen to this, and yet I suspect it's exactly what the OP is trying to avoid doing.

I would create a ticket for Unity Support. And send in any logs you can find. It might be a bug. What version of Unity are you using?
