Cloud storage limit exceeded?
I got this message to my e-mail: "Your organization: _ has exceeded its cloud storage limit of 25GB TOTAL.In order to make changes to your Unity projects in cloud storage, you must reduce the amount of cloud storage you're using, or buy more cloud storage. You can do both fromid.unity.com."
But when I went to look from my dashboard -> Service Usages, it said that my project has used only 400 MB. So what seems to be the problem here?
Do you have more projects on collab? Because the total is measured by checking the size of all the projects.
Example:
You have a project with a size of 500$$anonymous$$B and another with a size of 1.5GB the total size used would be 2GB.
Hi friend, did you managed to figure this out? I'm with the same problem, I still have free space in the project, but I can't upload more content to the cloud because I'm getting that error message.
Thanks!

Hi - I'm having the same issue. I'm running Unity 2019.1.
According to my web dashboard in the "Usage overview", my Total Cloud Storage = 1G BUT my "Current usage" = 45.96 Please see attached images.
So why when I try to upload my project, I am getting the error that I have exceeded my Usage?
In my local Projects folder, the size of the Project I'm trying to upload = 7G...so is that why? If yes, the error message should be something like "Your local project exceeds the size of your Cloud Storage."
Please clarify how to resolve.
Thank you, .cn! alt text

had the same issue, just wanted to post my solution: most likely, your problem is that you've imported some assets that you may or may not be using in your project, and trying to upload all of them to collab storage.
You have to go through the list and only select the files that you want to upload. The upload total can not be bigger than your storage space.
in my case, while working on the project, I've downloaded few assets from the store page, which were 2GB or higher, and when I tried to upload since I only have 1GB limit, it natively tries to upload all the assets in the project. While I wasn't even using the assents in my current project their overall size was obviously bigger than 1GB.
Hope this helps some people
