Cloud Effect in Blender or Unity?
Hi I'm trying to create clouds that you can jump on. It's a 3d game so I want to be able to have them as a 3d mesh and not use a 2d sprite. But I want them to be able to animate sort of bubbly- like, imagine the Nimbus from Dragon Ball. How would I go about this? Is it something I should try to achieve in Blender with shape keys? Or in Unity using the particle system? Or is writing a shader on a cloud model the best way? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
