TiltShift Error

I just downloaded Unity 5 and some of the standard assets and there's already an error: Assets/Unity Set Builder/Editor/Image Effects/TiltShiftEditor.js(36,42): BCE0018: The name 'TiltShift' does not denote a valid type ('not found'). Did you mean 'TiltShiftHdr'? I read that the solution is to consolidate the Standard Asset folders (because there are two), but that doesn't seem to help at all. Why is this error occurring and how to I resolve it? I am close to just deleting folders to resolve it, it's absolutely irritating.
