Unable to Select Vuforia Custom Database from Component

I have added an app license key and imported a custom model database. However, although the database is active in the Vuforia configuration, I cannot select it in the Model Target Behaviour Database dropdown.

I'm using Unity 2017.4.0f1 Personal and Vuforia 7.0.47
