Issue purchasing assets

I have already contacted support etc but they have done nothing about this, i cannot purchase anything anymore and giving me the error that transaction failed contact your bank etc,i saw in the forums that this has happened in the past to others as well, the problem occured when i by mistake typed a wrong one time password when purchasing the asset,to the team who handles things invovling the asset store please fix this
