Asset wont download

I am brand new at using Unity and I was going to start with the Survival Shooter asset pack however I can't seem to download it. When I click the download button it will either sit there and say please wait forever or it will say error and offer no explanation as to why the download failed. I don't know if I am doing something wrong or if the package is broken since I get zero feed back from the asset store. If anyone knows I would appreciate it.

Let me amend this and say that the asset store does not let me download anything. I tried a few of the beginner projects and every time I clicked on the download button it simply said error. That was it just error, so no clue what is wrong.
