Android testing guide doesn't work.
I'm currently attempting to build a mobile game with Unity. I've followed the steps to get ready to test it which can be located here: https://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials...ilding-your-unity-game-android-device-testing
I'm currently at the last point of help when installing the Android SDK Tools: 
I've gone to the proper location on the site and installed the tools: 
Though when I click the file called "android" a window pops up for a fraction of a second, then disappears. Here's what it looks like in my folder: 
This prevents me from obviously continuing through the whole guide and from that, the process of being able to create a mobile game at all.
Anyone know why it's not working? Thanks!
Edit 1: I've installed Java Platform (JDK) 8u144 for windows x64 instead of x86 on their downloads list, does anyone think that could be the issue perhaps? Edit 2: I've installed and attempted this with the x86 version, yet it still does not work unfortunately
