Package manager stuck downloading heavy assets

Hello, I have a problem with the pakage manager that does not download any assets that is more than some gb and I can't figure it out. I deleted folders in appdata and restarted unity, also installed new version but nothing it keep stuck between 45 and 55% of the download. My internet is very good with ethernet connected and no errors in the editor.

Please help me
