Unity Cloud Build: timeout while downloading repo

Hello, we are testing Unity Cloud build with a locally hosted svn repository.

Unity Cloud build gets part way through downloading our source but then seemingly times out on a large file (300 MB) with this error:

ERROR: Failed to check out http://<URLdeleted>/client/trunk
53: svn: E175002: REPORT request failed on '/svn/ourproject/!svn/vcc/default'
54: Caused by: java.net.SocketException: Operation timed out
 55: at java.net.SocketInputStream.socketRead0(Native Method)
56: Caused by: java.io.IOException: Failed to check out http://<URLdeleted>/client/trunk
57: svn: E175002: REPORT request failed on '//ourproject/!svn/vcc/default'
58: Caused by: java.net.SocketException: Operation timed out
 59: at java.net.SocketInputStream.socketRead0(Native Method)
 60: postbuildstatus finished successfully.
 61: Finished: FAILUREl

We have never gotten past this stage of the Cloud build (dozens of attempts), and we have a good upload speed (500Mbps). Is there any way to increase the timeout value?

As a test I tried removing all the large files from the repository (ones great than about 30 $$anonymous$$B) and it has synched successfully, so I don't think it's a problem with the URL or port setup.

I somehow still experience this issue - have you been able to build your app successfully?

I have been talking to Unity and it is a problem on their end. They are working on on fixing it.

Are you able to commit / update to your repo from a remote location?

Do you have your router setup correctly for the ports?

It's (mostly) fixed for us. Timeouts or other strange synch errors still happen but only very rarely.
