when i look into unitys editor it says this :

I have reinstalled unity twice now and have made exceptions in my antivirus software for unnity but i keep on getting this error.

When is it that you look at the unity editor? Is it possible that you have an error in one of your scripts?

Disable your real time scanning of your antivirus.
