Single .gitignore for parent folder with multiple unity projects

Ok, Unity .gitignore pertaining to multiple projects in separate folders, but in the same parent folder. I have a git repository that has 4 related projects. 2 are Unity projects, 1 is Silex PHP and the last is Swagger files. I keep getting Library, Temp and other unwanted files for check-in. I have this from various different sources around the net but it is not working as well. Any help would be appreciated.
