Camera filmback offset
In Maya (and most software like it) cameras have settings to control the film back offset. This effectively allows you to move what the camera sees in 2D space. Anytime you see an architectural rendering of a tall building where the camera's close to the ground yet there's no horizontal perspective this is how it's done. Is this not possible in Unity? (Viewport Rect doesn't do this, it just changes where the camera is drawn on screen).
