Couldn't Decompress Package Unity 5.6.3p1
Hi
I'm trying to add the new VRChat SDK file into Unity as they said I have to delete my old VRCSDK folder and then import the new one. This one,

However, when I downloaded it and went to import it nothing would happen. After some mild swearing I saw the problem was,
Failed importing package C:/Users/G/Downloads/VRCSDK-2018.02.23.18.45_Public.unitypackage UnityEditorInternal.InternalEditorUtility:ProjectWindowDrag(HierarchyProperty, Boolean) UnityEditor.DockArea:OnGUI()
and
Failed to import package with error: Couldn't decompress package UnityEditorInternal.InternalEditorUtility:ProjectWindowDrag(HierarchyProperty, Boolean) UnityEditor.DockArea:OnGUI() and finally
Failed to import package with error: Couldn't decompress package
I couldn't find anything online about the issue that wasn't either confusing, unanswered, or outdated. What did I do wrong? How do I fix the issue? Is this a fixable issue? I run Unity 5.6.3p1 (which is required for VRChat) and... yeah.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
