Nothing rendering in Scene view and only UI is rendering in Game view

This issue is only happening to one of my colleagues. He recently moved to a new PC and pulled from Collab.

His hardware is:

GPU : NVidia Quadro P2200 5GB

CPU : Intel Xeon

RAM : 128GB

Things I've tried:

• Center selected on an object that would be within the scene to make sure the camera wasn't too far away from the scene setup

• Made sure the layers were not set to hidden

• Checked that he had the required HDRP packages and that they were the same version. It came up with this ERROR when we installed one of the packages but we checked and found the file that it was searching for

Other things:

• His material preview doesn't render anything

• He can't edit HDRP/Lit materials. It has a "Editing HDRP materials is only supported when an HDRP asset assigned in the graphic settings" warning instead. I've checked the graphics settings and the HDRP asset was set.
