I keep getting problems with the first launch

When I open Unity3D im always getting this window. Then I cant select anything (Work offline, quit, manual activation). It doesnt happen anything! have the last version and reinstalled it like 3 times. Does it have to do anything about working offline (cause i selected it the first time). Right after the installation I successfully got into the unity3d. But when i wanted to start a new project (File/new project) it gets me to the same window.
