Asset Store Tools Problem "Wrong project path"

Hi, i have a problem with asset store tools i am using 2017.3.0f3 version of Unity and 4.1.0 version of Asset Store Tools. I can't upload a package to asset store via this tool. When I select the folder with files that i want upload it pops a message

Wrong project path - The path selected must be inside the currently acrive project. Note that the AssetStoreTools folder is removed automactically before the package enters the asset store

I hope someone can help me.
