Misconfiguration of cached packages in Unity

Hi,

I am having this problem where Unity searches for some cached packages:

DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path "//filesrv4/home$/pavel/.windows/LocalLow/Unity/cache/packages/packages.unity.com/com.unity.ads@1.0.7/UnityEngine.Advertisements.dll".

Unity can not access the cached packages. The problem is that it uses "/" on Windows and this does not work. How do I change that?
