c# What is a hashset?
Hi, I saw someone on YouTube using a hash set to store transforms for characters in a RTS tutorial. I searched for a long time looking for some explanation as to what a hash set is and I could not find it in the docs or anywhere else, the only thing I could find was hash tables. Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong or what a hash table is? Thanks, Kyle
A HashSet is basically the same as a Dictionary but without a value for each key. It's just a collection of keys and you can quickly test if a value is part of the set or not.
