Windows 10 Unity Launcher Bugs at Sign In window

Hi. Unity 5.3.6p7. WIndows 10 running at Windows 8 compatibility. The launcher doesn't go past the log in screen. I can log in fine on the website and my account has been verified but for some reason the Launcher sign in doesn't work. I put my id and pw, press sign in and the progress bar on top progresses slightly then fills up- then nothing. If i press on it a few times the launcher quits. Have tried logging in and out of the site, reinstall.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
