How do I reactivate the unity licenses on my seat after a re-image from IT.,How can I reactivate a license after the PC it was activated on gets re-imaged by our IT department?

How do I reactivate the unity licenses on my seat after a re-image from IT.,Hello, I tried deactivating and manual reactivating my unity license activations after our IT group re-imaged my hard drive, and I am getting the error that maximum activations have been reached (even though I used the web UI to deactivate all).

Help please!
