Deleted Gameobject in hierarchy keeps popping up when trying to build sprite atlas
I used to have a gameobject in my hierarchy that had packedSprites. I deleted these since I was reskinning a game and wasn't going to use it. However now whenever I try to build a sprite atlas(im using Ez gui) it tells me "Sprite 'bla bla' has not been assigned a material and can therefore not be included in the atlas build". After I click ok on the dialog the gameobject shows up in my inspector but it's nowhere to be found in the hierarchy or in the project. I don't understand this. I'm also unable to delete the object in the inspector.
this is happening to me since updating to unity 4.5 any one know whats going on? im working on a 3d game myself but during build all things in hierarchy are named " deleted gameobject" i know these are too different questions but i believe its a related issue?
I had a game object showing up with that name in the hierarchy. For some reason, when I moved the method that destroyed the old instance of it out of the method that created the new one, it stopped happening. =P Oh, Unity mysteries.
