How to add to a variable over a course of (float) X seconds?
I want a counter that confirms the player means to jump.
this is the kind of thing i want:
TerrainHeightSet = TerrainHeight;
if (JumpCount JumpDelay)
{
JumpCount += JumpDelay * (over a course of jumpdelay seconds)
}
that is made up and is not real code. ignore the terrainheight thing.
so what i need is a counter i guess. any thoughts?
