Imported Assets Are Missing Textures?

I've been downloading a few free assets from websites (like turbosquid) and I'm making sure to download the correct file (.max) and when I import the asset into Unity the textures don't show up. I've gone to a few different sites where I have the same problem- download, import, textures won't show up.
