Shader Graph & HDRP time node ineffective

Been working on some shaders and its been going good while working with lwrp, however jumped over to HDRP and tried to work with the time node, just to make a very basic water effect to see how it looks ,however having difficulty with it even rendering correctly. I might be having a blank moment right now but i can't realise where im going wrong, im using the same processes and as you can see below, the step before i pass the last node to the base colour property is seems to just not take it correctly if that makes any sense? Seems to take my animated water effect and then converts it to a flat texture, as you can see the difference between the last add node working correctly and then it not showing correctly in the preview window.

All i know is that when using HDRP you cant use PBR Master node and the best option is to use the lit master node for hdrp. thats the only difference between lwrp and hdrp i see. Any help appreciated! alt text

Just an update, seems others in the $$anonymous$$m can view the shader correctly when its in scene, its only me that can not. this is getting even more odd
