(Help) character deform

I was finishing up a game and I made the mistake of updating unity to version (2018.3.7f1). the game usually finishes in the engine, but when I build an APK my character gets distorted. I noticed this happens when I use the bind skin in Maya. I deleted history, i have refined the joints and the same thing happens. In the previous version (2018.2.19f1) the problem did not occur. Can someone help me?
