why i can't see ui's anchors?

I can't see the anchors. The button seems not be child of the panel, if i resize panel there is no change on button.

if i change the layer to default now i can see buttons and the panel

But with the layer default the event system doesn't work

I had to uninstalling unity and erasing all the files of Preferences directory and reinstall Unity. i have already upgraded to 5.0.2 too but doesn't work.

please helpme!
