VR package requires Collections package

So, I'm trying to remove some unused packages, I tried to remove VR package, as I don't use it at all but package manager shows that VR package is dependency of the Collections package that I use together with jobs. Can something explain to me why Collections package would need VR package or it's just some bug. Any suggestions? It doesn't make any sense to me.
