Vertex color shader with duplicates from a prefab causes a weird coloring issue.
So to start I created a model with blender and colored it using the vertex painter I imported it as a .blend file and created a prefab using it. I then instantiate that many times during the game.
I found a shader and have tried several that work to get the vertex color and apply shading on top of it. http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/923726/unity-5-standard-shader-support-for-vertex-colors.html
However after several instances of the object are created the coloring of all the objects is weirdly effected.

You can see in the gif that the first two objects start the correct coloring, then as more spawn they become incorrect.
