Perlin Noise on Torus Terrain?
I recently saw a couple videos on creating random terrain using Perlin Noise, I want to apply the same concept of random on a torus. So essentially each vertex has a different radius, but it still has a smooth terrain look to it. I have to be honest I just learned about Perlin Noise a few days ago but from what I learned it seems to be the perfect solution, but if there is a better way I am open to any suggestions.
